Well I guess ill start posting on here. Sunday 4/15 at the hickory Y with derreck Max Effort Lower 700 x1 w briefs 790x1 w briefs 790x1 wstraps down 840 x1 straps down 840x1 straps loose 880x1 straps up
Front squats 200 5sets of 6
Leg curl 3x10
This was my first time in Metal Ace gear. I love it, after the 840 i had some concern cause i wasnt getting the pop i needed, then the 880 was a damn smoke show, although it was a little high, it was still easy. We will see this sunday in the BIG H towne, im shooting for 9ish in there.
Ill keep you guys updated on everything else......

Hey Brian, good to see you posting your log, sorry I screwed up on the vid of your squat last week, but don’t worry I will get a vid of the 9 next week. Just so you know, the record squat at our gym is 902 by Breaker, so that will give you a little extra motivation…lol

AB Not abs haha 5x10 weighted leg raises
I fell like Mr. HYDE in the movie the Leauge of Extrodinary Gentleman. Everytime i train at this fine establishment they call a G**ds the place seems to be crowded then i get to going and pushin and pulling some weight and it empties, IN A HURRY. Although ill have to say i get a tremendous pump to TECH-NO! Holy crap this place is killing me......

Yeah thanks joey, about the only good training i get in is when i come home to app fitness or go with dereck to the Y. Im gonna try to start going to Pythons over in augusta thats Tee skinnyman myers gym.

Trainin yesterday the 21st at Stratiform in Boone... Bench: 135 x6 225x5 315x3 405x1 Add metal pro 500 on 3 brd x1 590 on 2bd x1 trying to hit my opener 590- dump 590- dump add inzer denim 590 1bd x1 590 x1!!! finally my opener it took alot to touch but it felt easy so pending all ailment 587.5 will be my opener !! im stoked
Had great workout with Derky poo and poe too! Looking foreward to this afternoon in Hickory for some big squat and DL training.......

Max effort day Squat 135x6 250x5 340x3 430x2 520x1 Add briefs 610 x1 700x1 add suit 800x for an easy LIGHT WEIGHT SMOKE SHOW 840 a lil high 910 felt AWESOME but got stalled out 3/4 of the way up
I feel like i can easily hit a 900+ squat at this meet in may. I was so damn tired after this i called it a day.. I need to rest my bones and get my mind right...
Thanks to all you guys that helped Joey, steve, ogar, derky poo, chalie etc etc etc....
Big numbers in may!!!!!

4-23-07 Light militarys 4x6 front delts 3x10 shrugs 4x8 Abs
training light today after the CNS shock sat and sunday im preparing to leave to go to montana tuesday morning at 5am ill be back sunday tho and then one last week of hell training before the deload/rest week
Im stoked about this meet !!

Well after a week of walking my bag off and a mediocre diet, i began my last week of training.
Bench 135 2x8 225 2x8 315 4x3 365 1x5 405 1x5 amazingly easy and fast! One arm bench stabs 140lb DB's 3x8 each arm Straight Bar Rows tri extension pushdowns Pull overs
AB
Im gonna train heavy on wensday and friday and then take the week off, get my weight right and focus my mind....
Im looking forward to rolling big at this meet, hopefully.
