New wave training! Slept for 3 sets of 1 hour Eat for 6 sets of 1 @ 70% Lay on the couch for 1 set of 2 hours at no more than 45%
Damn i like this style of training.....
Until i get to app fitness thats it!

last training sessions before the NC State meet.... Thursday upper warm up to 315 405 2bd x 2 Shirt 495x1 2bd 585x1 2bd 630x0 Lost my Air as dereck said LOL
Friday Lower Warm up to 500 DL Metal deadlifter 585 Easy smoker 630 got rounded or some stupid shit and didnt have it in me
Warm on on partial squats to 585 appx 4" high Added metal Ace Briefs 650 x1 easy 710x0 miss 710 x1 Finally for the first time that day i had my head right!!!!
Im Really looking forward to this meet. Its gonna be some good lifters in house and some big numbers being done. I cant wait to see what else the boys from Stratiform fitness acomplish

;D Im think im getting a lil stoked about this meet. My Weight is excellent, i feel great and best of all im tight!!! I fell awesome and i cant wait. If everything goes well and I stay on Track Ill hit Elite totals with relative ease. So....
I look forward to seeing some of NC best lifting and spectating. We def a a strong community of strong lifters. This should be an exciting meet...

Well i Pretty much had my head up my ass on the platform Saturday. But every one has one of those days....
So im taking off monday and tuesday an wensday. Then thursday and friday im gonna start again and roll big so maybe i can get my my damn nogging screwed on.
Thanks for all the help that everyone gave me, and all the support. Bigger and better things are to come i can assure you this.....

Training on Saturday..... Training to get things kick started back again Bench 6x5 Overhead Shoulder Press 3sets of 6 Incline dumbells 4sets of 6 Tri extension Pushdowns lat pulls One arm rows shoudler trifect-o (frontraises,side raises, bent lateral raises.) Abs
I was painstakeingly disgusted at F***ing golds on saturday. It shoulda changed its name to geriatic health clubs, LLC. Im going to try and find a differnt place today or just suffer the diesel costs and drive to columbia to train with bartley a couple days a week. somethings gotta give......

Catching you guys up on the training: 5/21 Sumo DL 5x2 Good mornings 3x10 Pull thorughs AB 5/22 Shouder work Baisic rehab and cuff work
Im not gonna be able to make it to mocksville to train this weekend due to some conflicts of scheduling. I hate im gonna miss it. Im still gonna train at stratiform in boone tho.....

Well been kinda taking it easy (shoulders are killing me) so let me catch you guys up a lil. 5-25 Sumo DL (yes i switched styles) 135 x8 225x5 315x5 405x2 405x2 455x2 455x2 Then Alt training style 242lb tire flip for endurance x3 for a distace of appx25yds 670lb tire flip for repsx3sets
Band Reverse hypers 5x8
Forearms, CNS and posterior chain were SHOT to hell
5-26 Farmers Walk ( sort of) Home made chit 8 sets of distance then i was done..... Physcially
5-27,28 involved laying out in the warm sun.... and working on my tan!
5-25 Light shoulder rehab work. Nothing spectacular.
Today im going to go to Tee myers (skinny Man) gym in augusta to sign up and start training there. To hell with golds for now till i retire.... LOL I think the strong man stuff really helps you develop your core and CNS. I like it, and who know with the right training i might try to do one of those in a lil while too.......
