Fridays Squat Work 2x10@135 2x8@245 2x6@335 belt wraps 1x6@435 1ply hard core suit, belt, wraps 1x2@525 same as above 1x4@615 same as above. Best squat that I have had since the surgery.

Well tried out the katana today
2x10@135 2x10@225 1x6@320 put shirt on 1x3@405 none touched 1x3@435 none touched 1x3@455 touched all 1x3@475 touched all 1x2@500 touched all
Took a few reps to get the groove right, but went really well after that. I really think I could get use to this bench shirt stuff!

Just did some curls, dont really remember what all I did.
Thursday Deads/legs
dead 2x10@135 1x8@245 1x6@345 1x5@435 1x4@525 1x5@525 All with just belt, and a wrap on the bad knee
Leg Press 3x10 squat stance full reps followed by 3x10 narrow press off the pin, just working the quads, being I cant do leg extensions anymore.

The last rep really wore me out, felt like I was pushing for a minute! 1x10@320 no shirt

squat tonight 2x10@135 2x8@245 put hardcore suit on,m wraps and belt 1x6@345 1x5@435 1x1@615 put the strap up, first time I have had them up in 2 years 1x1@705 straps up again, felt great, should have done another. I am heading out of country for a week, so I am going to get some much needed time off!

Back to work!
monday bench 2x10@135 2x8@225 1x4@320 1x8@370 wide grip. Been working on getting out, I use a narrow grip normally 1x6@370 paused the last rep, back to normal grip 1x5@370, was running out of energy
incline dumbelss superset with vpulls 90x12- 10 vpulls(idk weight) 120x12 8vpulls(used the full stack)
tbar rows superset with dumbell pull overs 2x10 on each.

weds dead/squat
135x5 245x8 335x4 435x4 525x6 pr and was easy
narrow squats, deep as I have been in along time 135x8 245x8 435x6
everything was done with z suit bottoms, belt, and wraps

mon bench day
3x8@135 wide grip 2x6@225 wide grip 1x5@320 wide 1x3@380 wide 1x4@405 wide ( was weak, 3 on my own 4th with spot) 1x4@405 reg grip was better this time. still needed a spot on 4th rep.
really thought I was going to cake walk through that but didnt. Gotta regroup for this cycle. I am going to do a small gym meet here just to see where I am the first of July. Should be able to hit 1820 +. Well I hope at least.
