romanian deadlift off plateform 2x8@135 2x6@245 1x6@335 1x6@435 1x5@485 1x2@525 I was pretty happy with that, 1st big pull for me since the good ol acl was worked on
good mornings 1x8@135 1x6@185 1x6@225
That was enough for me so we called it a day.

What up J?....In the video it looks like your in a shirt so I will assume that. Feet need to be farther back. Weight looks like it was too easy to touch so either the shirt is loose , big or wornout. You are moving the bar sraight up and down. Thats a no no in a shirt. Down to belly up over head back toward the rack. Kinda hard to explain in words. How much was that? Is that a closed back shirt? Single Ply?....

Yeah there is not much to that shirt. I can get 135 to touch with it on. Its an old single ply inzer shirt closed back. The weight was 430x2. That was a video from about a month ago. I have a little tighter shirt, but I can still get 320 to my chest with no real trouble. What are some ways I can start to get my feet farther back? Anything I can do to help get a little more flexable in the hips? Any shirt tips? What kinda shirt should I be looking to go to. I might get 10-20lbs out of the one I wear now, I know a shirt lift is alot different then raw, and that it will take time. I will listen to any advice, I know I have alot to learn.

incline dumb bells super set with tbar rows
1x10@100 2 plates on tbar 1x6@120 3 plates on tbar 1x6@150 4 plates on tbar 1x6@150 5 plates on tbar 1x6@150 5 plates on tbar

Was real happy with the squat workout. 1st time over 525 after knee surgery. It was also 8months and 1 days. So overall I feel like I am getting back on track in the squat and dead.

bench day.
Been a bit from the last time I benched, so thought I would give it a run.
2x10@135 2x8@225 1x14@320! Never even been close to that before 1x4@385 pause 1x15@225 wide
Then I did some cable cross overs 4x20 with the stack. Its not to much weight
SIT UPS! I weighed myself and was 308!. So i got my fatass down and hit some sit ups. I need to anyway if I am going to start to squat heavy again.
Anyway did
Crunches 3x30 spread eagle sit ups 3x15(they kicked my ass)

dumbell shrugs 100x10 with dumbell military 60x12 for 4 sets
superset dumbell shrugs 100x10 with side lat raises 30x12 for 4 sets
seated double arm hammers 2x20@50lbs
seated iso curls 40x10x3
time double arm hammer
50x1min 30x30sec
a few more situps, didnt count them today. Just did them till it hurt

Narrow squats 1x10@135 1x6@245 1x6@335 1x6@485! was shocked figured I was only good for maybe 4
narrow grip benchpress 135x10 225x10 320x10! 225x20
After that I was dead. I had to sit around in the gym for 30 minutes before I could leave.
