Mondays bench workout
2x10@135 2x6@225 1X6@320 put on old shirt again 1x4@370 1x2@405 1x2@420 Reps were clean this week. I tried a different set up with my arch and leg placement and it seems to really help.

Got up early saturday morning to lift before heading to clayton to watch the meet. deadlift 2x10@135 2x8@245 2x6@335 1x6@435 1x6@485 Was pretty happy with that, it is only my 2nd real deadlift sense knee surgery.

great bench day. My back was tight as a tick from the deadlift on Saturday morning.
2x8@135 2x8@225 1x6@320 put on my shirt (my actual tight one, well tight for me) 1x4@370 1x2@410 was really easy 2x2@430 PR! all of the reps were clean by far my best bench day. took the shirt off 1x6@350 pause reps the first 4 were clean then had some help on the next 2 1x12@275 wide (I also dont think I have ever done that before)
Its amazing how much my bench improved just from listening to the lifters during their warm ups.

Fridays Squat 2x8@135 2x8@245 1x6@335 1x6@435 1x4@525 felt good, first time I have been over 435 since knee surgery 1x8@525 The first set was just to get a feel for the weight, but I have not lost to much. Was going to do some narrows, but reps and myself dont get along so that was the end of the workout.

Another great bench day for me 2x8@135 2x8@225 1x5@320 put on single ply inzer blast shirt 1x2@370 1x2@410 pauses 1x1@440 pause PR 1x1@460pause PR 1x1@505 force rep. Felt pretty good, even got it off my chest about 4-6 inches on my own. Would love to get there before the end of summer.
I was dead tired after that, but did 1 set of dips to failer and called it a night.

Yeah maybe 20lbs. There is not alot of spring in one. This is the only type of shirt I have ever tried though, so nothing for me to compare it to.
