Alright 2 months sense knee surgery and finally putting some stregth back on.
2x10 @135
2x8@225
shirt on
1x6@315
3x6@370
1x2@405
shirt off, 2x10@280. Its good to finally strat to get some strength back. Ive lost alot of muscle in my quad and will still be a few months before i can do any real squats, but at least I am able to get my legs underneath me to bench.

Great to be back, its hard to train with a full leg brace, but it just makes you commit that much more. Makes me even more determined to get to that 500 bench mark. Now i just gotta get in the squat rack and ill be ok.

Tues: bench day.
2x8@135 2x8@225 shirt on 1x6@320 1x6@370 1x4@390 1x2@420 1st rep was clean, 2nd needed about 5lbs pressure. shirt off 1x10@280
3x10 tbar rows
weds: Had a quick lift, had to get the gf a bday gift
sitting arnold press superset with preacher curls 5x20 each.

Looking to make the move to a better bench shirt in the near future. Benched yesterday but was soooooo weak not even worth mentioning. Got some good lat work in though. Going to make my first attempt at squating tommorow after i hit my arms. Thanks for all the help and advice

Getting back into full powerlifting now so numbers are low, but its only been 6 months sense acl surgery.
Mondays Squat :
2x10 @135 2x8@245 knee wraps on 1x6@335 2x8@435
Weds Benchpress
2x8@135 2x8@225 1x6@320 1x4@340 1x4@360 1x1@405 pause
Going to start back putting on a shirt. I am thinking about upgrading to another shirt. Only one I have ever used is an inzer blast shirt.

Tried to find about where I am in the bench on tuesday. Here is how it went 2x10@135 2x8@225 shirt on 1x5@320 1x3@365 1x1@405 1x1@435 got out of the groove was alot harder than it should have been 1x1@450 best rep of the day 1x1@465 needed some help through the middle of the bench but shouldnt be to far from it.
weds arm day.
timed double arm hammers 50lbs for 1 min 3sets sitting single arm hammers 2x10 60 2x10 80s isolations curls 2 sets 1 min 25lbs
going to try and squat light tommorow. trying to rehab the knee before I try and squat anymore real weight

Friday deadlift 2x8@135 2x6@245 2x5@335 2x3@435 1x4@485 This was the first time I have deadlifted over 335 sense knee surgery. Back was sore the next day, but still not bad for just getting going again.
next I hit some med to heavy legpress for 5x10@ who knows what weight it was. Superseted with some hamstring curls 3x15. Knee started to swell up a little so I cut the workout off there. Starting some new supplements tonight so hopefully it will help me make a big push. Anyone going to the meet in Clayton? I am going to come up and check it out. Im in no shape to compete.

had a pretty good bench day today. 2x8@135 2x8@225 1x6@320 put on a really old shirt. Its my training partners he said that it was about 10 years old. I wanted something to just give me some support in my shoulders. 1x3@365 2x3@405 1x2@420 first rep was clean 2nd needed a little help in the middle. 3x8 lat pull downs supper set with 3x8 dumbell pullovers.

had a good leg day today. worked my way up in the leg press. What weights it was I have no idea. I finished with as much as it could hold and two layed on top. Then went to the squat
deep narrows 1x8@245 1x8@335 knee wraps 1x6@435 Next week will be 7 months out from knee surgery so I am on a pretty good pace to get back to where I was.

Didnt do much today, I went for a short run then came in and helped some of the new guys who lift with us with their leg workout.
