Back Day
Lat Pulldowns(mm band) 320x3x8
DB Clean and Press 30x3x10

Bent Over Rows 225x3x10

Machine Rows 225x3x10
curls and abs
Done in about 35-40 min. Kept a good pace up, didn't try to push much on the weights....just medium intensity. Still pretty sore from the meet. My bodyweight is up to 290.....just perfect, start gaining some weight back now lol I ate like a horse today though. I went and bought some creatine too....I know, I know...creatine lol I will not stay at this bodyweight though...whatever it takes.

I tell you what Creatine makes me sweat like a horse lol Body weight was at 298 today, so hopefully I will be at 300+ soon. Back felt strong I was gonna do some heavy bent over rows, but my lower back was bothering me cause of the heavier bodyweight....happens everytime I get up around this weight.
Found out that the meet I am doing on April 7 is APF sanctioned. Hopefully I can put something up there a little better representative of what I am capable of right now....

Speed not were it needs to be. I am going to have to work on my dynamic bench for a few weeks......ok, but not enough. Had trouble with elbow tendonitis flaring up on the Tates and had to keep it light. Nothing great to write about........

Had to cut it short...I was late getting there cause I got in a fender bender on the way(damn atl traffic). Got a mandatory "following to closely" ticket as well. So I was late getting to the gym. The 545 4 brd was weird...I was all over the place..not the bar, but my body was flopping all over the bench...don't know why. My feet wouldn't stay locked either. Went on to shirt work and used the DD on the 635. Switched to a new X for the other sets......Holy Shit what a tight shirt! I had trouble getting my left hand out on the ring lol Found out that there is a whole lot more spring in that shirt than my DD.....the 675 came up so fast that I almost fell off the bench...also had problems with my feet staying planted lol The 735 was easy and solid. The 810 came up good, but my left foot slipped again about half way up and my right arm wobbled around at lockout. I have to figure out what is wrong with my setup...can't bench a mex effort with your feet slipping around on ya lol
Anyway, I feel like I have been spit at missed and shit at and hit, so I'll go stuff my face with pizza now......

Doin good I guess...
Meet result=733
Did a meet on Sat here in ATL. It was a local APF meet. Weighed in at 303, so my shirts were good and tight lol
There were a couple things that were kinda fucked up with the meet. They put the bench only and full power benchers in 2 flights, but ran 2 platforms for just the benches, they also put lightweights and women in with the heavy weights, so basically we had to be warmed up at the same time as all the lightweights....didn't make sense to me, but whatever.
Opened at 710 to be safe...went up like 135, kinda surprised how easy everything felt this day. Went to 733 and that went up easy as well. I had to make a decision now to either stay in my DD and go for 766-771 or go to my new X and shoot for a meet Pr with 810. Decided to go to 810 lol I got it a bout an 1/2 inch off my chest and it rolled. I couldn;t get the groove back and it dumped. One of those lifts that if it touches you KNOW it will fly up. Pretty happy overall....considering I left 45-50 pounds on the platform. Oh, well...there are always other meets to get the 800+ again.....
