It was a productive workout. I hoped to hit a PR on the 3 brd, but 585 was all I had in me today after the floor presses. I wanted to do 4 brd w/chains and 1 brd in my shirt, but only 1 damn partner showed today. I am going to have to change my days coming up if nobody is going to show up! I thought about it today and I haven't had a meet in 3 yrs where I had the support I needed before the meet. The last time I had it is when I did the 805. Now time is starting to press.....

My BW was down to 288 cause I was sick as hell on Tue. Fever, vomiting...all contributed to a drop I think. I am now eating a pizza with all the toppings, lemonade, and plan on drinking a couple shakes between now and sun afternoon. Hopefully, that will bring it back up.
I was on my way out of the gym and looked over and this damn hott ass chick (new one, never seen her before) was over there on the lying leg curl machine with half her thong hanging out and her ass stuck in the air, so I did a few sets of leg extensions till she moved on lol

OK.....first off I have to get this out......GODDAMNSONOFABITCHMOTHERFUCKINSHIT!!!! First thing my partners fucked up again. 3 of the 6 didn't fuckin show again and 1 of them that did had to leave after 2 hrs in. I had to change what I was gonna do again cuase I knew that if I wanted to do any shirt work that I would have to go right too it since the 1 guy had to leave early. I skipped my 4 brd work so I could do shirt. I am going on Thur night from here on out. Can't afford to play around any more.
OK....now about the workout that I could do. The raw 315 on the 2 brd would have tied a PR. This is what I hit on the WSB vid..I got it about halfway up, but my elbows flared too fast and missed it. I am not quite as straong as I was then, so no surprise that I missed that. Would have been happier though with keeping my tech on it.
The 405 and 455+275 bands was easy..prolly could have tripled those, prolly should have.
The straight weight 650 was super easy...like it should be, but I tweaked my damn lower back on it somehow. Went to 735 and it would have went super easy too , but my damn elbows flared out again too fast, leaving me with no flare left to lock it out. Damn technique problems! Wasn't strength, just tech. So Setup and bar path on descent was great again, just need to work on keeping those elbows in on the initial push. I MUST fix this before the meet. I have had this problem before and it just takes concentration to fix it. I was surprised I could get the 650 to a 1 brd...BW was down to 290 so maybe 5 pounds less BW made that possible...anyway I hope to open with 735-750 so we will see in the next couple workouts how it goes.

Had to get out of there. I had to work and got there late, so I started warming up with 405 woith the green bands....flet like 405 too lol Put on the shirt earlier and just decided to skip 4 brd w/ bands cause I wouldn't have time to do all the shirt work. I was surprised with 650 touching...I wore the shirt a good bit higher than usual though. All the weights were easy, but I was tired from work and could feel it! lol
I did the 315 reps cause my wife freakin told me that I was getting fat and my chest was looking droopy! lol

That was it. I did the 405 and 400 bands easy, but I think I worked up to heavy on the band bench. I was gassed by the time I got to the 715. I wanted to go in and hit my opener, but decided to say fuck it and start training my lockout like I should be. On a side note.....my BW got up to 297...which was good, but now, like usual, my body has decided to sabotage itself. I got sick as all hell yesterday...fever,all the good shit. I think I have kicked the fever, but the good "shit" is still around. I just hope I don't make a mess of the squat platform at the meet. lol

lol I guess it's ok...it's only 200 pounds off my PR lol
I have been sick for the last 5 days. I am finally getting over it. I went to weigh myself yesterday....lol.....I weighed 297 last thur, then I got sick and I weighed 287 yesterday! I shit 10 pounds off myself lol All I can do now is try and gain back as much as I can before sat......we'll see how it goes...
