Thought I would throw a training log up here too...maybe get some thoughts of you guys on here. Any help is appreciated guys...
ME Bench(200# chain,raw) warmed up to 315x1

A good workout. My setup was a little off today for some reason. Thought I wasn't going to get a chance to get a good workout in due to christmas eve, but a couple of people showed up out of the blue and I was able to get what I wanted done. My right arm is lagging again(due to a detached right pec tendon...for those that don't know lol). I have to get more 4 and 5 brd work with bands in next week hopefully. Body weight was up to 293(from 285 last week)...weight gainer twice a day and stuffing my face is working I guess lol

well it is christmas time...prolly not a lot of people on here right now. I didn't pick the best time to start posting....hopefully I can get some good feedback from these guys though. lord knows i need all the advice i can get lol

Pretty easy nite. I was doing db curls and felt gay, so I figured if I was gonna do a gay exercise I might as well use a gay machine...so I went and used the machine preacher curl lol
Watched some 17 yr olds do some front bi poses in the mirror after doing curls. Watched a couple of other 17 yr olds do incline with 95 pouinds while both were watching tv(even the one lifting) and another guy talk on his cell phone while trying to unload a 25 and dropped it on his foot lol Even saw a guy doing leg presses while reading his newspaper...and I thought I was going light lol Just your average friday night in a commercial gym....
Did a lot of watching and a little lifting.....lol

Now that I have my own gym to lift at thats one thing I dont miss is those stupid fucks in the gym!....it pisses me off....glad your here Paul....

Well...I kinds cut it short cause I had to leave to go out of state for a couple of days. I got the 760 and my last workout with this I got 725...and I had the bands actually set w/less tension. I also took a shot at 810 for a pre injury PR...no go this time. I got it about halfway up though. I see a PR in the near future!! lol
I wanted to get in the shirt and hit some really heavy weight, but 2 of my damn training partners fucked that all up again...this shit is starting to get old now! It is already hard as hell to come back from this shit without adding more difficulty to it! The closer I get to being back the more frustrating this kind of stuff becomes......

The last 3 times I have went in and did my back work I have been getting this huge pump in my rear delts and back. I don't really know what is causing this as I haven't changed my routine really. The only thing I can think of is that I have been shooting b-ball some and maybe I pre-exhaust my rear delts? I get tired in my rear delts when I shoot ball....it's the only thing I can come up with!
I was in the gym innocently doing some decline abs and these 2 high school senior cheerleaders come in and start doing splits and stretches.....right in front of me...with these damn short shorts....jeeez! Now I tried not to look, and I know I am 33 now, but damn they were hot! I know this is not thinking clearly, but If they were interested in fat powerlifters....i might risk jail lol

I know it Joey! I think these hot little things do it on purpose. all the other girls usually face the wall, but these little things just hopped down there and spread it all out lol

Wanted to do bands(like I have been saying for weeks now) but some new guys came in and wanted to do some shirt work, so i switched up what I was doing. Looks like I may be getting 2 new partners though....so it was worth it. I WILL do bands next week! There is supposed to be another guy coming next week for shirt work, so I will just throw it on the outside.
I blasted all the weight up, but the 765 was just not locked as fast as it should be(not to mention that I should be doing 800+ off this brd) so it is obvious that my lockout needs work......i've been keeping my low end and mid range strong, but that lockout needs work to get over 8.
