It's one of the few good reasons to do leg extensions.........one of the others is when a hot chick is on the hip abductor thingy lol

ME Bench(250# of bands) warmed up to 225x1 from 3 Brd 315x3 365x3 405x1
added shirt(same bands) 2 Brd 495x1 545x1 585x1
Rep Bench 315x2x15
Incline DB 75x3x10
I stopped at 585 as only 1 person showed up to train. It was easy, but didn't trust only 1 guy to get it if I missed. FINALLY got to use some bands today....need to keep at it with bands for another week or two. The groove was perfect on my last rep. You know those reps where it feels like you didn't really push...like that. I only get those every now and again lol Used another shirt today. I don't know why I am always surprised when it works. It has a smaller chest plate and I have done more weight in it than my other shirt.....but it always surprises me lol

ME Bench warmed up to 315 from
4 Brd(300# of bands, raw) 315x3 365x3 405x1
1 Brd(straight weight, shirt) 635x1 715x1 805x1...wooohooo! about time...
Worn out and Jon was telling some funny stories, so no more work for me lol Felt good to get the bar loaded with 800+ again. Went up pretty good. Lockout work is paying off. Keep up that and get some more work on my mid range strength. Not going to be working out next sun due to a b-day in Fl, so this was a good time to hit some decent weight again.

Stacey...it's pretty easy actually. I do mine seated. The way I do them Is I sit on a bench. I hang the DB's at my sides. Then swing them up to your shoulders(in a position to be a ble to press them overhead) then press them up to arms length overhead. I do thes light...really more for shoulder and cuff injury prevention than strength gain. These really work for me. I get adhesions in my shoulders and this keeps them from getting in there. On another note..I saw the pics of joey doing yoga. My wife does this too and there is no way I can do those moves lol Not strong enough or flexible enough. Damn I am long-winded lol
Joey....be cool to see you there!
DE Bench(mm) 225x9x3
Incline DB's 85x3x10

I felt like tired shit going in to workout, but it ended up being one of those sessions where you feel great after the workout. Talked with a guy that is interested in getting into benching so maybe a new partner. He benches 350(gym lift) at 165 raw....doesn't know shit about powerlifting lol Might be a good thing.lol
I also talked with the hottie with the big tits...so that made the workout fun too lol

you could do yoga, thats the cool thing about it...you dont have to be flexible to do it, it increases your flexibility. Yoga is actually easier for someone who is less flexible. It is about moving your joints through a full range of motion not how far you can bend. As far as strength goes, it is about building strength just like powerlifting, you start where you are and build from there!!! Give it a try sometime. It could really help your shoulders, I am going to be posting some shoulder stretches very soon!!!!

I'll have to check out the shoulder stretches. My wife makes me look stupid with the stuff she can do lol I'm not sure she has a limit with her joint rom...she is double-jointed too, so she gets in all these crazy positions. She's always coming home telling me a new position they did in her class lol
She was doing the frog or the bird or something the other day. had her knees on her elbows and balanced on her hands? Jeeeez...no way I could do that thing lol
