Felt good about the singles. Not really a max, more of a working at 90%

wens bench 320x2 330x1 340x1 350x.05 had a little help at 350 ,so not really good.
front raises 20x10 20x10
side 20x10 20x10
rear 20x10
tri cable 90x5 80x6
cardio crap.
