concentration curls 55x10 each arm.

Good to meet you Andrew and also nice work on the bench, I know it sucks lifting alone and the dangers involved with it as well. thanks, nice to meet you as well. Looks like you got some huge lifts.

Wensday
Have the flu now. I went and tried lifting anyway.
Bench 275x3 No energy. I hate being sick 225x8 225x6 225x6 225x5
I was just dead. No acessories.

Well, I was still sick today so, i did my best ,but i knew no 600 was happening.
Deads, No belt 500x1 500x1 500x1 500x1 500x1 500x1 500x1 500x1
Felt good to get some belt less work done.
No zerchers, legs feel tired.
pull throughs 150x15
ab machine 205x15
concentration curls 60x10 (each arm)
Ok for being sick I supose.

Felt sick for awile after this.

Only day this week I can lift, so I did a full body the best I could at a gay little gym.
bench 300x3 275x3 275x3
smith squat 405x6 455x3
they were already complaining that was too much weight.
Stiff leg Dl's 405x4 425x3
Told me I couldn't do normal Dl's
cable rows 220x5
pull downs 140x10
sit ups bw+50x15
