Hi, I love training journals...and so instead of posting an intro somewhere else I'll just startfriday-deads
standing of 3 inch plates... 500x3 520x3 adding three inches can make a big difference.
legs feel tired, skipped zerchers
pull throughs 110x10 110x15
db rows 156x5 (both arms) 156x5(both arms)
cable behind neck pulls downs (for abs) 60x25
weighted sit ups 85+bwx8 samex8
db concentration curls 55x8(each arm) here with my last two workouts.
Monday-today
Max squat day
500x3 raw Ok, I was expecting this to be my 1rep max. It wasn't. However, I was done with squats lol. 25lb pr.
Gm's 320x5 320x5
hips 200x25 outer 155x25 innner
abs weighted situps bw+90x8 samex8.

Military...strict 135x5
plate pinches for grip with 35s. Varying times fomr 10-6 sec for 6 sets.

A rushed ,but amazing workout overall.

I was pretty sick today ,so matching my best pause squats is cool. Not only that but I think I could have gotten 4-5 on a day without strep throat.

505x1 Decided not push the lower back. I think my legs could have pushed more, heck, I think my back might have been able tot ake more, but i'm not taking chances. Anyway, nice ot know 500 is an easy lift now.
455x4 then pause +1 more
Reverse hyper 260x25
groin 175x25
hips 210x25
abs (machine) 250x6
weighted sit ups 100+bwx8
Leg press(for the heck of it) 585x15
