Only day this week I can lift, so I did a full body the best I could at a gay little gym. bench 300x3 275x3 275x3 smith squat 405x6 455x3 they were already complaining that was too much weight. Stiff leg Dl's 405x4 425x3 Told me I couldn't do normal Dl's cable rows 220x5 pull downs 140x10 sit ups bw+50x15 gay gyms suck. good work despite being sick. heal up and get over the flu, bro!

585-got it off the ground easy, but a no lockout 515x1 585-see above. same damn thing happened 540x1 515x3
What I learned, my lockouts need work.
bent row 225x6
pull thoughs 130x10 150x10
crunches 100x8, slow
some assorted curls
