I'm kind of embarrassed to put my logs on here with you guys. You all have some incredible numbers and are waaaaayy stronger than me. But I thought maybe it would be cool to post my progress because I'm just starting to try and lift really heavy for the first time. I appreciate the volume of info you guys are posting. It is a huge help. Thanks for sharing your know-how.

Marty I think it is great you are posting....you have been doing awsome on your workouts bro....For yall that do not know Marty....he is a great fisherman in these parts, Sports Columnist for the McDowell News (is that your right title or Sports Editor? not sure....lol), a great person to meet and talk with and very determined to get stronger....(thats why we are here aint it?)....Marty I would love to get you to put a member Bio and drop some back ground on your self and posts some pics of all those damn big ass fishes you catch!....

Thanks for the love, bro. I'm working hard but it's pretty easy to get discouraged. Anyway, thanks a lot for the help you have given me in learning new ways to do things in the gym. I love the attitude the guys on this board have; everybody helps everybody, and that's pretty rare these days. I will post some info in the bio section and maybe a big fish or two, lol. Barry -- Slightly NW of Nebo is the Providence community in West Marion. However, I was born and raised in Nebo, down on a long stretch of highway called Napoleon Straight. Postal -- I'm amazed by the ridiculous volume of your workouts, especially after working a full workday. very inspiring stuff, bro! Great to be here, and thanks again to all you guys for the info.
