Felt like shit all last week...like i was coming down with a virus or something, but i never really got real sick. sort of listened to my body and took the week off..which also made me feel like shit,lol. hitting it back again hard this afternoon. feeling much better and am out for blood...

Trained with Joey and Rodney Friday on bench. Big thanx to those 2 -- it's like being in some kind of bench press seminar or something. They always answer my questions and shoot me a straight line. Thanks alot, bros. I'm starting to make some gains and I couldn't do it without y'all! Also, thanks to Mark and Josh for spotting and helping with board work Friday. We are fortunate to have a good crew of guys who are eager to learn here, and everybody always helps out.
