Would have done a lot more tris but didn't get to the gym until just after 8 p.m. i was doing my last set of ropes as they were literally locking the door at 9...wish the Y stayed open til 10. Ron was there, J, doing mucho bench sets (15 i think). he spotted me on the declines.
worked legs yesterday for the first time in a long time. hadn't done anything for legs, including running (which for me is really weird; i miss the 5-milers bad!) since late last winter when bronchitis kicked my ass.
Tried to keep it fairly light. took Hank the Happy Fun Dog for a walk right after my workout, and barely made it home! Of course, he pulled the shit out of his leash like he always does every time he smells a freakin rabbit. He don't look like much of an athlete, but if pulling on the leash could be converted into deadlift strength he'd pull body weightX20 lol.
