Ok, so tonight was benchpress and all the stuff that goes with it night.
I hit flat bench for 5X6 working up to 265 for my last set. Incline DB benchpress 3X10 with the 80's. Tricep push downs with the straight bar 3X10. Side latterals with the cables 3X10. Rolling Reverse Tricep extensions 3X10. Barrel Rolls on the shoulder machine 3X10. One arm tricep extensions with a hammer grip 3X10. Then some ab work that is so top secret that I do not even know how to begin to describe it, and if I did I would have to kill everyone. Tomorrow is Yoga I can not fucking wait.

I was taking some Flintsone vitamins for a while then at the end of July I quit taking them. So my weight dropped from 197. Now I weigh around 188. I would like to really get harder before I get much bigger. I did weigh 171 before I ever used Flintstone vitamins. I do feel that a stack of Cell Tech and Nitro-Tech will really blast my pumps to new levels. You can taste the science in every swallow of Muscle-Tech supplements. In fact this post is 923.455% better than it would have been had I not mentioned Muscle Tech products.
Today was Yoga class. I got my ass handed to me today my abdomen and shoulders were not wanting to do bendy type activities. Tomorrow is squats and all that cool stuff. I can not wait!!!! I love to do squats it is very exciting to me. Plus Tadpole always says such nice things to me.

Hey Wade give them Animal Pak's a ride I really had good results with them, only down side is you have to swallow 11 pills.

I actually took Animal Pak for about a month, and I had to quit taking them because they were making it to where I almost could not stay awake during the day. Those things seriously made me feel like shit. I quit taking them for a week and I felt great. I looked up my symptoms on the interenet and turns out I was experiencing a number of different overdoses. If they work for you great but for me I got to stick to other stuff. I did find it fun to try and swallow all the pills at once. I could put all of them in my mouth at 1 time then swallow them in two gulps.

I worked my legs tonight. I was pleased, but not sattisfied.
5x6 squats 415 lbs on the last 3 sets. That is walking that shit out by the way!!! 5X8 Leg press last set with 1340 plus the sled. Inner Outer Hip Abduction 3 sets of 15. Then we attacked the abdominals again.
Just using a loose belt and very loose short wraps I wrap my knees anytime I am above 50% of my max. I do not rap them tight I can walk easily in them. My stability is really making all the difference right now. I have been practicing my squat form with a broom handle. I feel very confident in my stance now. I am walking out my squats still. We are doing them in a Mono Lift, but I feel walking them out really challenges your stabilizers and forces you to focus harder to stay in the zone. Plus all the weights make good clangedy clang noises. When weight goes up in about 2 or 3 weeks I will be having the lever pulled before I decend.

Today was back day.
Deadlift 135X8 315X4 405X3 500X3 With belt 500X3 With belt
Glute Ham Raise 4x8 2 sets straight out 2 sets out and down Dumbell row 4X7 starting with the 100's and going up to the 110's. Hammer Curl 4X7 I ended up using the 55's for this I could do more but I have never really done many hammer curls so I took it easy.
Afterwards I worked my abdominal muscles. I would have like to really hit a few more movements today, but I was running low on time. I plan to incorporate more excercises that will target the upper back area. I want more development in my rear delts and my traps. I might just do my rear delts the same day I work chest because I do my shoulders that day. I really need a day to work shoulders, but my time will not allow it. Right now I am eating so much damn food two fatchicks and a team of clydesdales can not even keep up with me.

Tonight I did some bench press and all the cool stuff that comes with that.
Started out with some shoulder work that I would rather keep to myself. Then moved on to the flat bench.
4 sets of 5-6 reps
Warm up set that I am not couting with 135.
135 with the black mini bands 155 with the black mini bands 175 with the black mini bands 205 with the black mini bands
Decline bench
225 X 6 225 X 6 250 X 6
Barrel rolls with the shoulder machine 3 sets 8 reps went up to 130 lbs
Tricep press down 3 sets of 8 Ended up at 200 lbs
Rolling reverse tricep extension
3 sets 8 reps worked up to the 35's
7 up barbell curl with the 60 lb barbell. If you do not know what this method is you probally should. You start out with 1 rep and hand the weight off. Your partner and you do this until you get up to seven reps. You do two sets of seven then work back down to 1 rep passing the bar back and forth. Move fast and do not rest at the handoff. Then we did some hammer curls by this point I was finished working biceps. Tomorrow is Yoga class. I can tell a major difference in the way I feel all day because of the improvement in flexability.
