Deadlift
165 X 3 295 X 3 396 X 3 Belt 502 X 1 Suit straps down. 555 X 1 Suit straps up. 602 X 1 Suit straps up. 628 X 1 Suit straps up.
Glute ham raises 4 sets 7 reps. Brett's Abnormal Routine.
Current bodyweight is 186 lb Front raise side rais reverse fly 2 sets to failure.

Cell techs great if you running Insulin. Powe Tek from Dymatize is close to the same product w/less sugar. Your gym may be able to get it from Europa.

I am looking forward to some good gains I hope. I just started using equipment. I got a great coach and friend in Tadpole. Before the Clayton meet I had really only trained about 2 weeks for power!

Ok, squatted tonight.
286 X 5 402 X 3 Belt 507 X 3 Belt Rap Brief 507 X 3 Belt Rap Brief Then someone asked me if I would wear a suit in Rock Hill. I said yeah so...... 575 X 1 Full Battle Rattle 606 X 1 Full Battle Rattle I went 2 inches below parralel and paused it. The weight shot up really easy. My stabilization is getting better.
Leg Press 3 Sets starting at 700 lbs and moving up to 980 lbs not counting the sled. Got 7 reps. Did some leg extensions, and some hip and groin work. I did not have time for abs so I will get them tomorrow.

225x3 275x3 315x1 Shirt and 3 board 405x1 Shirt 405X1 Shirt 405X1 Shirt 405X1 Shirt
Incline Hammer Strength machine press 3 plates each side 4x7 Tricep extension with v-bar 2x10 140 lb Tricep extension with straight bar 2x10 150 lb
Some ab work I am not going to explain too much and that was all she wrote for tonight.
I am finally starting to understand the shirt a little better. I still hate equipment lifting but that is the name of the game.

Tonight is the last night for me to squat before the meet in Rock Hill. I felt good tonight. It was my second time to wear my full suit. So tonight I warmed up. Hit my opener and my second attempt. Then I called it a night. Mr Pinder worked with me Monday and helped me get my shirt tuned in some. So I feel pretty good. I am looking forward to doing a solid 12 week training cycle and then seeing where I am. Hell I have not even trained for this meet so all my numbers are just me sort of walking up and doing it. I am starting to get used to the heavy weight, and now I decend fast and explode out of the bottom.
235X5 315X3 Briefs 415X1 Briefs belt 505X1 Brief wraps belt 595x1 Full Battle Rattle 625x1 Full Battle Rattle
Afterwards I stopped I got tons of fuel left in the tank, but why burn out before a meet..... Tadpole is pleased with my progress and so am I. __________________

Today was my last workout before Rock Hill meet.
