Cell Tech is guaranteed to pack slabs of granite like steel reinforced man tastic muscle to your physique and penis. 'Nuff said bitches. Well I took a break from some deadlifting action Saturday.. I had to work all night Friday night and did not get a chance to sleep until around 7 saturday morning... I even had to crash at a friends house cause I was too damn tired to drive all the way home. Same thing happened again Saturday night. Oh well the money is good. Anyway......Tonight I benched I am up 30 lbs in two weeks so I am happy with that . Before long I will be out benching most of the women. I am taller than Tadpole he is a short bitch.

Last night I squatted. First week without chains, so it was straight weight. Did not feel bad at all. Squatted more for reps last night than I did at my last contest. I was pleased. If you have never squatted with chains you are missing out big time. I can really feel the difference. Weight that I would feel very heavy and hard to control, is relatively easy to manage now. After squats I did some inners and outers, and leg curls. Called it a night. I really need to quit being lazy and do my leg presses and box squats. We keep running out of time.

Today I pulled some bands and it was cool. Did not feel to great at first. I worked last night, at least this time I got to sleep in my Van for 2 and a half hours then I drove home and caught another 2 hours of sleep. So it was straight. Besides I missed pulling last week because of work. Tadpole was not there today so I had to be there early to get everything ready for my crew. I pulled 305 with the green bands today for sets of 3. John Pinder said that it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 800 at lockout. So we will see what happens next week when I grab hold of some weight on the floor. I did some hyper extensions with the green and black monster band afterwards. I was too tired to do much else. I could not even do pulldowns with 150 lbs after deadlifting. Thanks to John Pinder for his help today.

Hey everyone, I am now into the heavy part of my training everything is on schedule. I am weighing in at 187 lbs today. Now my gear is starting not to fit correctly so I need to keep my eye on that. I look more like a bodybuilder than a powerlifter. I am going to bench tongiht so I will be back on here later tonight. Thanks to Mr Smith for helping me the other night. Some of you may have noticed that someone logged in on my training log and said some stupid stuff. I deleted it and Mr Smith assisted me with making it to where they will not access this site again. It is amazing what you can fit in a garbage bag. AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
I pulled Saturday. It went ok. I tried using a suit and briefs for the first time. I did not like it. They may work well for squatting but pulling with all that crap on is not cool to me. I will stick with the suit for now.

Ok went and did some bench work. Had to cut it short because the gym was closing early. I felt weak tonight. I need to put some weight back on. Hopefully this week my eating and sleeping will get back to normal.
