Briefs 410 x 3 460 x 2 Suit strap down 500 x 2 Straps up 550 x 2 595 x 2 (the dude side spotting on the right grabbed the bar after my second rep, it got me off balance so I racked it and un-racked for my the second rep) The second rep was my best squat in a while.
Combo 45 deg hyper and curl ups, 3 x 6 Avg band leg curls, 3 x 12 Pull down Abs, 3 x 8

I have been lazy about posting lately, so I thought I would start up again. We benched Friday and everyone had a good night. Buddy, Moose and I have decided we are going to do the UPA SC meet in a January, so I need to start to work on the weight I can touch in my 2-ply Katana.
Warm up raw to 280 x 1
Add shirt 2-board: 350 x 2, 375 x 1, 400 x 1 1-board: 425 x 1, 450 miss
Shirt off 4-board: 330 x 3 MM style
Accessory stuff consisted of band pushdowns and db rows
Miss-grooved the 450. I thought I could get it since I got 460 to a 2-board a few weeks ago. Next week I will see if 425 goes down to the chest.

Deads from 1” mat: 460 500 550 600 miss 600 it was ugly gym PR but a confidence builder
Accessory work consisted on Dimel DLs and spread eagle abs. Great time today

Last heavy session before the Jan 12 UPA push/pull. Shame on me for not trying to touch to the chest in the last 4 months, I really struggled tonight.
Warm up raw to 285 x 1 Add shirt 350 no touch 380 no touch 410 close to touching 420 no touch 420 touch but spent
Maybe I will open in a single ply.

No more posting on here?.... I'll start up again. 2/17/ Reverse MM Band Squats Briefs and wraps 595 x 1 Suit straps down 640 x 1 Straps up 680 x 1 700 x 1 Had to leave early, maybe do some accessory stuff and Abs tomorrow. Chainman is a freak. ;D
