Tate Press 45 lb DB's 4 x 10
One arm pull ups Right side x 3 Left side x 2 These are tough, couldn’t do any more
Regular pull ups body weight with different grips 1 x 10 1 x 8 1 x 8 1 x 5
These numbers ought to adjust the collective average of the logs downward. What the hell, someone had to do it. ;D

This evening I had the privilege of training with Mike White and Ox at their new setup in the back of AC Fitness. I want to head up to Apps Fitness and train with DW sometime. Maybe sometime I can visit NEBO. Otherwise, I’ll be at the Y in Hickory.

GHR 3 x 10 Killer!
Spread Eagle ABS with 25 lb plate

Thanks breaker and thank you for your service to our country. I spent some time in Korea about six months ago. I was in Seoul and traveled to Gumi City on business. My contact wants me to go back, but that’s a long ass flight.

sweet, travis told me i needed to throw these in my workouts since i squat and pull so wide, now i know what to do. get ready for the greatest round of golf of your life tomorrow, i plan on shooting in the 60s. then we'll see what happens on the back 9.

Sled pulls, six 100 yard (sand wedge) trips to warm up the PC First time doing these so I used light weight (75 lb) to see how it feels. I will be doing these to warm up on ME SQ/DL days.
Pin pulls from pin#1 with green (medium) bands choked on top (lightened method). 405 x 1, 425 x 1, 475 x 1, 495 x 1, 505 x 1, 515 missed
Chest supported rows, 3 x 6 with 3 plates
45 deg hypers with the top of the support near the jewels with 35 lb plate, 3 x 10
Side bends (obliques) with 75 lb DB, 3 X 10
