Overhead band press with green bands, 275 x 3, 315 x 1, 320 x 1, 325 missed Pissed me off that I could get 325lb.
3-Board with close grip, 175 x 5, 225 x 3, 235 x 1, 240 miss
Dips, 1 x 10 BW, 1 x 8 w/15lb, 1 x 8 w/25 lb, 1 x 6 w/25 lb
Lat pull downs, 120lb x 3 x 8
Couple sets of shrugs

nice session, i've never tried the bands on overhead work...seems to be worth doing...strong stuff

6/15/06 DE SQ at Apps Fitness
Worked out with D. Wilcox at Apps Fitness. Cool gym and great people.
Box squats 175lb with green bands, 8 x 2
45 deg hypers with SSB and 65lbs of chains
One-legged squats with SB and 65lb chains, 3 x 6
Some crazy idea that D had was to do hanging ham curls with a 30lb DB. 3 x 6
ABS, leg raises on a stability ball, 3 x 12
Did some KB stuff, swings (one and two arm), snatches and windmills
Great workout and then we slobbered ourselves with Mexican food.

Man like I said on D log this is a crazy workout after playin golf....you two have seemed to hit it off....thats great....Steve you have been doing great with your workouts and I think the best is still to come....you are not far from me I would not mind training training at your gym one Friday....

That would cool. Maybe sometime we could head to AC or GCBB and you can leave you car in Hickory to take a load of some off your driving time.

Superset Face pulls (3 x 10) with Band Pushdowns (4 x 15)
One-arm chins: RH 3 x 3 LH 1 x 2, 1 x 1, 1 x miss I’ll get the hang of these MFr’s someday
DB rows, 3 x 10
Next week I’ll be in Chicago for the National Plastics Exposition, which is the largest trade show for the plastics industry. All day on my feet and then dinner with customers. At least I’ll eat well - can’t beat Chicago's dining scene. I will probably deload a little, no bands on DE and repetition method on ME day.

There is a gym attached to the hotel so I did some accessory stuff, no ME
Front squats, 3 x 8 RDL’s, 4 x 8 (I got in trouble from the gym PT for being too loud on these) AB pull downs AB side bends
No bad, but not too exciting either.
