6/25/06: 25 min Extra Workout
One-arm Kettlebell swings, 4 x 15 One-arm Kettlebell cleans, 3 x 10 Blue band tri push downs, 100 reps
I think my 8 yr old son will be entering a PL meet. No pressure, but it would be great if does it. He has no interest in any sports activities and that is a little tough on a father that has played just about every sport (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, tennis, golf, surfing) since I can remember. The only sports related activities that he has shown an interest in is doing deadlifts and bench presses with light DB’s.

6/26/06: ME SQ/DL
Had a great session this morning. Wanted to start with some sled dragging but it was raining, which is a good thing.
GM’s: 225lb x 3, 235lb x 3, 245lb x 3, 255lb x 3 This is the first time doing these as an ME exercise so I stopped at 255lb, wanted to make sure that I maintained proper form on all reps. I will probably do these again next week for my ME SQ/DL movement and pick up where I left off.
One-leg squats with 95 lb, 3 x 5
Lat pull downs with different grips, 4 x 5
Stability ball leg raises, 3 x 15
AB wheel, 3 x 10

Football bar (name?) tri extensions 75lb x 10 85lb x 8 85lb x 7 85lb x 6
One-arm pull ups Right: 1 x 5, 1 x 4, 1 x 3 Left: 1 x 3, 1 x 3, 1 x 2
Two-arm pull ups with bench grip (width), 40 reps total Focused on keeping my elbows in to simulate the BP movement
Power cleans with 30lb DB’s, 4 x 6
Face pulls 150lb, 4 x 6

GM’s - picked up from where I left off last week:
225 x 3 255 x 3 275 x 3 295 x 3 315 x 3 (lost form on the last two reps)
Zerchers, 195lb 4 x 6
Green band pull throughs, 4 x 10 Last two sets with ultra wide stance
DB rows, 85 lb 4 x 8
Full contact twists (obliques) with bar and 45lb plate, 4 x 8
