7/3/06 ME SQ/DL Sled dragging, 8 trips of 200-ft with 120 lbs GM’s - picked up from where I left off last week: 225 x 3 255 x 3 275 x 3 295 x 3 315 x 3 (lost form on the last two reps) Zerchers, 195lb 4 x 6 Green band pull throughs, 4 x 10 Last two sets with ultra wide stance DB rows, 85 lb 4 x 8 Full contact twists (obliques) with bar and 45lb plate, 4 x 8 awesome workout steve. gm's are coming along well and zerchers are always good! those wide stance pull throughs i believe are a big reason for my last big jump in deadlift along with more and heavier ab work. speaking of which im confused on the twists, can u elaborate?

Steve, are you planning on hitting AC anytime soon? Lynn mentioned dropping in too. That would be a good time for both of you to up the ante a little. I'll be glad to help any way I can, let me know.
