you couldn't take that much shirt? do what? how about the lbs.? maybe i'm looking at this wrong. sure i am. what? did you say something? ok. you lift raw don't you? get one and throw it on and see how it works. that would be interesting. the weight is what i was referring too, to be able to touch. i have a single ply f6 and i suck with it majorly. get 60 pounds out of it even after cutting the back out of it. btw the "take" was a typo i meant tame. i dont have the strength or the knowledge to be able to use a single ply shirt to its potential much less a double ply etc. i've been shirt benching for over a year trying to learn technique reading, watching video and asking a shitload of questions. it has been interesting to say the least and the raw lifting you refer to gives me a rash if i do it too long. i happen to respect you and your ability to move that much weight and use that kind of shirt so you know. just a lot though. sorry if i pissed in your corn flakes but it was a compliment in my own messed up little way.

hows the shoulder feeling? well not too bad. still no pain but still feels heavier on left side. finally get to see neurologist tue. hopefully some meds and speedy recovery. something is on a nerve somewhere. i feel unbalanced even when walking, gonna start back with the ART soon. i think i've got multiple areas though. my big toe on my left foot and part of the ball of my foot have been numb for about 1.5 months. maybe all tied together some how. we'll see.

yeah i think that is what is going on. see the neurologist tue. hopefully a quick fix and on to a huge bench. the fingers on my right hand have started going numb as well. not sure about the whole left right thing. left shoulder, left toe, right hand? i spoke with joe mazza a few months back and he had the very same thing and they did the whole epideral (sp?) thing and he is at 100% now. hope i don't have to go that route. hopefully some powerful drugs and be on my way. wishful thinking.

I wish you the best and a quick recovery. Always want to see people healthy and happy... would rather be out of a job because no one is hurt than to have a day filled with patients.
Not trying to be nosy but which fingers on your right hand are numb? Could be a problem in your neck where there's a pinching of the brachial plexus or something like carpal tunnel where the problem is actually at the site of symptoms.

you are correct shank. numbness in fingers probably due to carpel tunnel. going to do a nerve study for arm/hand. numbness in toe and foot due to L5 disc bulging (preliminary tests and experience doc said). prescribed steroid and we'll see. shoulder weakness possibly due to neck, i think he said C4 maybe. MRI on neck and shoulder next. going to schedule MRI later today with radiology dept. at my regular physicians office. joe mazza had the same thing and that is exactly what his was. get all this fixed some mother fuckers better be watchin out cause 1014 will fall. if not in jan by late spring for sure.
