Neither of us had the day we wanted Chris but I know you will be back and stronger than ever. You have the heart and the desire. The rest is just details. It was great to see you and the family again and to get to hang out with you afterwards. Hope to see you again soon.

well back in the game again. had some set up trouble at the meet that caused my left shoulder to give out just like last summer. think i've got that fixed again. lost 20 lbs in less than two weeks, feeling a lot better. gonna try to lose about 20 more then compete again at a lighter bwt. then lose some more. doing a lot of odd stuff right now. kb, sled, wheelbarrow, sledgehammer, etc. twice a week. gonna shirt in a few weeks and see where i'm at. next meet gonna open with 750 and then go from there. try the same tactics as mooresville when i hit the 905. will start posting log again soon. eat your vitamins and say your prayers

Good to see you back in it Cooke. While you are losing all that weight, throw some of it up this way as I am trying to go up a class or two. ;D

pm 10 1 min. drills
tue. shoulder press 2- 135 x 8 2- 185 x 8 225 x 8 275 x 8 325 x 8
rear delts, front raise, seated dips, biceps, chest supported row
wed. am cardio 30 min
wed. pm abs wheelbarrow work 8 trips kb carry sledge hammer time drill
friday am cardio 30 min
pm floor press close grip sets of 5
seated dips, front raise, shrugs, biceps, rear delts
sat. am cardio 30 min
10 1 min. drills
