well gonna skip first of week workouts due to time right now. just lots of accessory work on tue and cardio the other days.
friday
shirted to chest ( first time shirted to chest since june)
warm up
add shirt 515 x 1
715 x 1
805 x 1
905 x 1 ( almost touched maybe 2 inches)
945 x 1 ( got within 1 inch, could have touched i believe but had ipod on and couldn't hear how close i was) blasted up easy i mean easy. called it quits due to being smart and saving some. still plenty of time til meet. been long time since handled that much weight so didn't want to push it too much. had to change set up to accomodate shoulder trouble ( no arch now). that shirt is now put up til meet day. will train in old shirts until meet. took a long time to work into new shirt. chest plate is 7 inches but made it work. pretty upset during training. got some people that really just stand around and slow things up. i mean if you come to lift be ready. if you're up next and you're not spotting start wrapping or getting belt on. treat this like a meet every time and get into a rhythm that way it is natural at the meet. i hate that shit just standing around waiting. feel good about training just hope i stay healthy.
