i've got a hill that is about 100 yards long and i walk up it at a very fast pace and then back down and so forth. my heart rate gets really high and then drops some on the way back down. this is done at least 25 min. 4-5 times per week. this is something i have just recently started. i have some other stuff i do to mix it up also.

friday 0ct. 20 first heavy day first shirted day in almost 4 months
warm up raw to chest 3- 135 x 10 1- 225 x 1
raw 3 board 315 x1 405 x 1
added shirt (3 board rest of workout) 495 585 675 765 855 all were easy but quit after 855. didn't want to over do it first night back. just testing the water and see how the shoulder was. had plenty in the tank and i do mean plenty. playing it smarter this go round and hopefully will have good results. looking great so far. next week will be raw for triples and the following week will be shirted again with either a 4 board or 2 board. looking for some huge numbers in the next month. should be pushing over a grand within that time frame. who knows maybe even close to 1100 on boards. only time will tell.

oct. 23
front squats 8 sets 5
biceps 7 sets 10
stability ball abs
25 min. cardio
trying something new with the front squats. hard to get my hands back behind my head to grab the bar on reg. squats, also a lot of stress on shoulders that way and don't need that right now. not a lot of pressure on my umbilical hernia as well. we'll see what happens. 3rd shift is a killer man, as well as 7 days a week. 7 days will be over soon though and the training will pick up more.
