first off a spider row is chest supported row that is on a 45 degree angle not 90. tue. morning workout (after work)
shrugs 6 sets 10
curls 6 sets 10
lat pulldown 5 sets 12
chest supported row 5 sets 10
all of these work not real heavy but heavy enough to know you've been to the gym. gonna train tonight as well.

did triples to failure and a couple of singles (pitiful)
been having trouble with the pressure in my CPAP. got an appointment to have it turned up so should start sleeping better again.
had to leave early b/c i had the night off and wanted to go to a high school game with my family.
