no lifting but i did work on my PL gear sewing skills today. adjusted straps, took in chest plate, took in arms, doubled an arm seam, made a reinforced back panel for a deadlift suit and messed with making scooped and super collars on an old single ply shirt i have. i have some theories on these now that could simplify and make super necks more efficient on shirts. so long story short..... sewed PL gear for 5 hours and didn't sew my willy to anything by accident 1 straight set no rest PR! song: clutch - juggernaut www.youtube.com/watch?v=6z9x-TWy9cwlesson: if someone says pooping isn't anaerobic they're full of shit (and probably have been for quite a while)

on the last rep my left shoulder slipped out of place a bit and has hurt like a son of a bitch ever since. one of those "oh yeah thats why i stopped doing that" moments
incline bench shoulder said leave me alone so i did, F incline
wide grip lat pull heavy 3x15
GHR sit ups mini band shoked to base 3x15 ouch!

ME squat need more sleep and to wait longer to squat after eating warm up: walking in gym squat - not too tight single ply straps down 135xsome 135+130lb chain x some 230+130lb chain x some 320+130lb chain x2 370+130lb chain x2 410+130lb chain x2 straps up (pretty snug in the straps surprisingly) 470+130lb chain (6 hundo at top) x1 managed to throw up a lil on the walk out, swallow, throw up a bit more coming out of the hole (watch carefully in vid) and force it back down again. i managed to purge in the bathroom very soon after, it all looked the same oddly enough. pretty sure thats a 2 puke PR. even forgot to wrap my knees too vid www.youtube.com/watch?v=_dKkF_5kIyUsingle leg hypers 45lb plate 2x12 each leg (followed by walkin like fred sanford from the crazy back pump for 20 minutes thats enough of that song: slayer - supremist lesson: chitty wok serves good beef and broccory but it tastes extra chitty the 2nd 3rd and 4th time around. extra lesson: if i was (insert desired size here) i could whip anybodies ass.

ME bench didn't feel great but had a good day anyway bench 135x some 185x5 225x3 280x1 raw PR technically add single ply fury 320x2 340x1 single ply PR right shoulder slid out and back in at lockout double rage x 370x2 2 board 370x1 chest 2-ply PR flew up and into the racks at lockout. shoulder stayed in place, thats whats supposed to happen!!! 410x 0.5 (the eccentric half) dumped on gut as shoulder slid out. touched too low and got in bad spot. great catch by spotters. video www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht0_CYOM9dQdb seated military 3x10 light tri ext light 3x10 good day song: BLS - concrete jungle lesson: yay i touched!

ME squat - final training before extended de-load after barfing my head off yesterday after eating a seemingly aids infested biscuit from jobangles in town, i rehydrated as much as i possibly could to be able to squat decent today. all the chugging and food paid off warm up: wrapping brians knees for his accomodation, hip flexor stretching, leg swings squartiness worked raw upto 330, briefs on 420x2 add wraps 510x1 add tater sack straps down 600x1 didn't expect to go higher than this today but it was surprisingly fast 650x1 walked out straps down PR with the tim cook stamp of approval!!! had the pleasure of working with several special olympics athletes with powerlifting this morning. got registered as a coach and whatnot but i have to take some tests before i'm "officially" supposed to work with them. it was a lot of fun but enough of the nice centimental bull shit, back to baby seal clubbin and choking kittens ! ME block pulls below the knee wore 1-ply straps down but all it did was get in the way worked upto 410 all overhand, no hook 500x2 all sets were 1st rep hook grip second rep switch grip 550x2 600x2 tore calluses on both hands on first rep, no more hook grip!!! 650x2 straps 650x1 tired pretty happy, just below the knees is where i miss the most or right at the knee so hopefully this'll do some good. round back RDL's 85lb db's+blue band over neck, not a spot on your back this won't hit obliques on GHR video www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cm0fl8i5VqUfineto negro song: slayer - god send death lesson: hook grip = 6 torn calluses so far
