ok guess i should update this thing wednesday 3-5-08 worked upto a exaggerated paused 250 raw bench easy friday 3-7-08 military press 55x a billion 75x10 105x8 125x8 145x6 all strict 165x5 not as strict 195x4 pretty much push presses shoulders absolutely toasted jump stretch shoulder flex. pre/rehab exercise thing. first exercise www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlsXyrlodCInot sure how this effected me. i know my shoulders are tired but prob more from military. today AE (adverse) squat felt like ass for a billion reasons so this would be a good time to test a raw squat opener. set the rack extra low to make it just a lil harder to walk out. 55 5x8 cold, gotta get warm! 145x some 235x6 325x3 375x1 415x1 add wraps 435x1 465x1 had to wake up a lil on that one no assistance, tired sleepy and tired. song: coal chamber - loco video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wtv9PL42Bc8lesson: success in adversity gives confidense like nothing else.

well, still planning on doing the charleston meet this weekend raw. my abs are still really sore from mondays short ab work out. sad to stay sore this long from something that easy but what are ya gonna do. don't really feel 100% going in but my lifting is secondary this weekend behind handling and helping people. just gonna lift what i can, help all that i can and hang out with some good friends!

Derek you were impressive Sat., hat and red sunglasses were a nice touch. I notice in the pic that even though I have lost a ton of muscle mass my head is still huge. Also the dangling right arm looks nice with the large mass hanging off the back of it. NC represented well and it was great seeing some old friends. I look forward to the next one. By the way if you have not heard Hanna had an unbelievable meet, with very strict judging.

light olympic stuff for recovery bloodflow and fun
warm up: leg swings and empty bar snatches presses and other crap no olympic shoes so i got pitched forward a lot.
complexes all with 150 bar weight 1 rep - squat clean and squat jerk 1 rep - power clean+fr squat+ split jerk+back squat+gm 1 rep - snatch+drop snatch+oh squat 3 reps each - rdl+clean pulls+squat cleans+front squats+split jerks+bent over rows
that last one killed me dead and i was done, blood was flowin i had fun, and i feel a lil better. mission accomplished

ME bench back in the churt, first time in 2 months. trying some different stuff. used 130lbs total chain but about a third was in the floor so we'll just say 80ish. bench 45x several 45+80lbs chain x several 95+80lbs chain x several 135+80lbs chain x4 185+80lbs chain x1 add old ass rage-x 185+80lbs chain x2 no touch 225+80lbs chain x2 all touched 275+80lbs chain 3x2 all were pretty fast and very easy tweaked technique to just keeping my elbows as flared out as possible while trying to touch as low as possible in that position. i had put my shirt on the way that usually creates the evil elbow tuck problem but everything was very solid and easy. i'm really happy about that! db incline after being pestered by poe 3x10-12 green band pushdowns 3x many low rows w/ tri rope 3x15 shrugs 2x20 song: vader - epipath (another great head bangin song) www.youtube.com/watch?v=KryaAU9q-iMlesson: elbows out (especially right elbow), death grip on bar, touch low.
