700 is yours Bull. You had 6 pulls above 90% before you tried 7. Nice pullin bro....... Try 87.5%,95%, then projected pull....It's worked for me. 700 is no problem for the Big Bull....

My bench routine only called for 3 sets of 2 with 410 pausing each rep
410 x 2 paused both reps very easy 410 x 2 paused both reps felt even easier 410 x 2 paused both reps and this set was really easy and super fast.
