That's all for tonight. I'm feeling really beat up and the weights felt very heavy tonight. You got to know when to hold them and know when to folf them.

I think the date has been changed to Feb 9th. I really appreciate your offer Joey but a raw lifter doesn't really need alot of help. I would love to have you there for support plus it would be great to see you again.

Reverse band deads off a 4" platform ( works starting strength and lockout power )
225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 3 495 x 3 585 x 3 675 x 3 PR 725 x 1 765 x 1 PR
Cable preacher curls = 2 drops sets of 50 x 10 40 x 10 30 x 10
I thought my deadlift would have dropped off more. Man my biceps are pumped up. LOL
