I myself have a few workouts to post and would like to hear feed back good or bad.Raw box squats off 16 " box 405x3 455 x3 500x3,pulled 405x3 435x3 465x3 then hack squats 3 plates on each side 3 sets of 8 then alot of abs.Monday did incline 255x3 285x3 305x3 then 320x1 db presses 135's for 3 sets of 6 incline db ext 6sets 6 with 55's hammer strength rows 4 sets of 8 with 300 then lots of abs.Next workout will be on thursday going back old school on everything raw is starting to get better,so fire away on comments bodyweight is around 205 both days.Littleman

Alright had a couple days off due to a busy ass sch....went and bought a car today after we worked out....got a 1991 Honda Accord SE 4 door, power everything, moon roof, blah blah for a steal....needed to get something better on gas than what I have, I hope I got a good car, always hard to tell when buying a used car....anyways our workout was short and sweet, ready to go ME Bench @ GCBB tommorrow....Thanks for evryone who is supporting this site, I want this site to be for everyone as a learning tool and teaching tool as well. Well had a busy day today....went and had this Honda Accord detailed and I tell ya these guys I had do it are great!....I swear this looked like a different car when I got there!....washed, waxed, motor, tires, windows fender wells, shampooed the carpet and the trunk, and armour alled the inside for $65.00!....can not beat that and the job they did was super....anyways Rodney and I went to GCBB and Me Benched tonight which was nice because we have not really went heavy since the meet....very good crowd tonight:
