Did some leg work tonight with our chains....this was very different for us....I liked it though....I will never be a great squatter but I will continue to work on it....Here it is....
RAW Squats with/150#'s of chains
2 x 135 - 3 2 x 225 - 3 5 x 315 x 150#'s chain - 3
BB Calf Raises
2 x 135 - 20 3 x 225 - 25 4 x 315 - 20
BB Shrugs
1 x 135 - 20 4 x 225 - 20 5 x 315 - 10

Nice couple of workouts there Joey! Your chain set up was $75.00 that's awesome, where can I get a set up like that? I'm seriously thinking about getting some chains. I have been using bands and they really beat the shit out you if you use them to often. Let me know.

Thanks Dale...Rodney and I got lucky with the chains....a friend of ours Cory who owned ECBB, shut the gym down and sold everything in it for great prices....I f I had a building at the time I would have bought most of what he had and opened my own gym....we got a great deal for sure!....We use bands as well but do one one week, the other the next, we like mixing it up....thanks Dale!....

Man this was one of my better ME RAW days in a while....we did some 5 board work medium greip working on tri power on lock out....had one PR and tied another but beat it muliple sets....I really feel like doing the ME RAW and ME equiped back and forth has really helped me out in my power....I feel like a tractor has run over me today ;D....Thanks for reading here it is....
