Great benching bro, if I did half of that I would feel like a tractor hit me...however here in Boston we would say a subway or Taxi as there aren't too many tractors running around.

Thanks guys....I really hate to post this leg workout after reading Jimmy and BREAKERS leg days....but I am not a squater or deadlifter as of yet....still trying though....by the way we won our soccer game Friday night and Sat was cancelled due to rain....I have ordered my plain ticket for Vegas as well....I will get in Veags 9ish Friday night and leave out late Sunday evening....looking forward to this alot!....Sin City here come NEBO!....Here it is....

How did you come to rotate seated military on leg day? Did not know there was a stone with writing that read "thou shalt not do military presses on leg day!".... ;D....I like doing millys every once in a while and just felt the erge....something different is always good....

and i can understand why your not callin yourself a deadlifter...but to say the same thing about your squat is just pure, plain, SANDBAGGIN!! the only problem with your squat is just that u haven't awakened it yet...give it time.... HCB
