Alright I'm going to start this food journal since I'm having a hard time with desipline on quantity and cheating and what foods I should stay away from. Hopefully this will help keep me accountable of what I'm suppose to be taking in.
A breif history: I started off 2 years ago 247 and 30something percent bf. Started lifting to loose fat after a couple of months started getting my diet in check and in 1 year I dropped down to 222 and 16%. Then I got this hair brained idea to quit eatting carbs douuuu! This time last year I was 213 14% I got stuck at that weight and couldn't get any lower so it was the end of summer and I started eating again and I ate and I ate and I got back up to 247 and 22%. Jan I eased off the eating a little and came back down to 240 by May when I started with John Pinder.
John laid me out a program of how many carbs and protien I'm suppose to take in and a cardio schedule, well that lasted about a month then "it was to hot to do cardio" and I kinda started eating what ever the hell I wanted to. 3 weeks ago I got my bf checked at the gym, 264 and 24.6% So its time to get everything back in check again.
My goals: I'm wanting to get back down to the mid 240s and hold that for a while. I'm putting thought into possibly doing my first meet next Winter in Clayton.
I am an emotional eater I eat out of bordum & I love to eat.
What I was eating 3 weeks ago before I got my diet back in check
Breakfest 4am
8 whole eggs
1 cup oatmeal
2 toast and jelly (on lifting days)
bananna
2cups milk
Workout/cardio day
1-2 qts water sometimes gatoraide
Post Workout
60g whey 50g carbs from dextrose
Mid morning
Gainer shake 6g sugar 54g protien 124g carbs
Lunch
3-4 plates overflowing at the China Buffet or Mexican Buffet
water
Afternoon #1
60g whey protien
Afternoon #2
Pack of saltine crackers and milk lots of milk
super
hamburger helper or tacos or grilled chicken and potato
water
before bed
60g whey protien in milk
1qt of green tea through out the day
1 gallon of gatoraide thoughout the day
supplement with
multivitamins
calcium
magnisium
fishoil
Not really a bunch of junk in my diet, every now and then I cheat and have a chocolate covered doughnut, Reeses cups or something
