there's too large of a time gap between your breakfast and 2nd meal. try saving the banana from breakfast and having it an hour- 1 1/2 hrs later to lessen the time. the potatoes & rice in the evening aren't helping you out either. i trust those arent borwn rice and sweet potatoes either? altogether looking better though... ~MINX It was a very bad week for my diet and yesterday got only worse, not going to report it. I've been noticing that huge gap inbetween 1st and 2nd meal didn't realize it was that long before keeping up with the journal. I'll definately make those changes, I walk out of the gym starving esp. after cardio days where I don't get the post workout shake. No more white potatoes and rice in the evening I'll make that change as well.

I'll see what I can do I used to take oatmeal and grind it up in the blender till it was powder and mix in a cup of oat meal with my shakes thats a possibility of doing again. The baby food I'm not so sure about, you say you love it, say that after 3 kids that crap is Messy & Stinks. The sweet potatoes wasn't bad though I actually tried that one. The protien bars, RTD shakesand other stuff I kinda have to watch what I spend, I'm putting my wife through school right now, I have 3 girls and I'm the only income. I buy the cheapest protien and other stuff that I can find.

what time do you go to bed? you may want to have one more small meal about 45 mins before bedtime. the cottage cheese is a great option for this. or a shake would work too... ~MINX
