When you see that last shake in my food log I'm snooring 10 minutes later. I try to get to sleep at 9 the nights before I lift and 10 the nights before cardio unless I'm feeling run down then I'll crash out sooner.

5:30 1 c egg whites 2 whole 1/2 cup oatmeal 8 shake 50/12 banana 11 2 tuna sandwiches 60/55 2 shake 50/12 apple 3 1 slice lazania pizza from pizza hut (to much garlic in it) 6 3 turkey burger patties green beans (not much flavor in those turkey burgers) 9 shake 50/12

Had a pep talk with the boss, I've been keeping up with my Macro-nutritional ratios at Fitday, I'll try and get this thing caught up this week. Never thought I'd resort to that word but its working scales dropping now.
