He is just mad because you can out lift him!....I do leg extensions too. Dont mind D he is still a pup.... Works for Ed Coan www.deepsquatter.com/strength/archives/newdeep/coansun.htmNo harm, no foul...anyway, like I said before a lot of my training is also centered around staying strong for work, not just powerlifting. I have to keep in perspective where my paycheck comes from, and the lives that are potentially depending on me.

don't you know they're like super taboo in powerlifting! especially after labor day... Taboo? No, leg extensions have been a staple in my training from the beginning...when I could hardly squat 95 lbs. If something works why mess with it? i wasn't being serious, i kid i kid

Well, my pretty nails didn't last long (not that I was expecting them too) We got a fire call yesterday afternoon, and pink nail polish does not hold up well in fire gloved hands hauling around axes and hoses... Shoulders and triceps today DB presses warm up 35 x 10 x 2 40 x 10 45 x 10 50 x 10 x 2 Side DB raises 20 x 10 x 3 Front DB raises 25 x 10 x 3 Cleans 95 x 5 x 4 Close grip bench 135 x 10 x 3 Single hand DB extensions 25 x 10 30 x 10 35 x 10 Hanging Dips my weight x 3 x 10 Stretches The "toothache" in my shoulder is gone, I got a massage the other day and had a knot about the size of a small marble deep in my rear delt...got that (painfully ) worked out and I am feeling much better.
