I got much needed rest and some good food today...I squatted tonight and it was like night and day from yesterday. bar x 12 135 x 8 225 x 5 275 x 3 320 x 3 325 x 3 x 2 Leg press 450 x 6 540 x 5 720 x 5 Leg extensions 55 x 6 x 2 65 x 6 x 2 Stiff leg DB's 60 x 8 x 2 65 x 8 Lying leg curls 25 x 8 x 3 35 x 5 ABS with the ab wheel x 10 x 3
