O.K so this is my first post in about 5-6 months.Ive been trainin regularly and have just started the Westside Template.Im still learnin alot about variations and percentages,so as I post my logs,any advice or help is more than welcome.Im also training completely Raw and am thinking about entering a meet in September.And Im still weak,but getting there.

*Its my second week on the westside template.Its hard getting used to the low poundages on the DE days,but I keep reading over and over that one of the biggest mistakes some guys make is going too heavy on speed work.

Did some rack work and dead assistance today.My lower back is killin me from moving block on a wall Im building for work.Could barely bend over to tie my shoes.But here goes.

I was planning on going a little lighter but felt pretty good today so my rep work wasnt real high
