Didnt have alot of time to train today.Been booked w/clients for days.Decided to do a little benching and squats..
Bench 135x10 225x6 285x3 315x1(felt easy,but no one around to spot me so I stopped there.I think its time for my first shirt)

Hit a new pr today.One thats been a thorn in my side for a looooong time.
Bench 135x10 225x6 275x3 300x2 320x1 PR (went up slow but I finally did it for god sakes!)
Flat dumbell press 80's x 10 90'sx8 100'sx5
Dumbell flat fly's 35'sx12 40'sx10 40'sx10
Overhead dumbell ext(2 hand) 65x10 70x8 70x8
Pressdowns(straight bar) 3 SETS
double kickbacks(these kill!)

Did some speed work on bench.Experimented w/ my arch too.Having a short torso makes it difficult to get a full one..Also did delts and traps.Here goes

Did deadlifts,some back, and bi work today.Hit a new deadlift PR!Im beyond happy about it.
Deadz 225x7 315x5 365x3 405x1 450x1 PR(went up slow as hell.Seemed like forever but i got the bitch up and locked.Almost blacked out afterwards..lol)

Id love to see the squat up in the 400's soon.Its been a slow road,but Im thrilled I can squat properly and without pain now.

Mike sometimes them bodybuilding workouts are great for lights days or deload weeks, you have a really nice verity in your training
