you have to arch your back a lot which will stick your butt out where it's supposed to be. if you don't have all the weight on your heels your fucked from the start too.

Thats another thing.Its hard for me to keep it on my heels,but its gettin better.Ive been doing deadz and squats w/ out shoes and its easier.But of course the next day my feet hurt.

Looks like Im down for awhile......
Ive had some nagging shoulder pain for 2 weeks but wasnt enough to affect any of my benching or delt work until today.On my third set I could barely get 280 up once.Unreal.Hurts like hell now so Im taking a week off and just doin some cardio,boxing,etc.Im thinkin its my a.c joint cuz Ive injured it before doing military's.Some anti inflammatories will do the trick Im sure.Sucks cuz Ive been on a roll w/ pr's.Price ya pay I guess.I need a rest anyway.

So I took a few days off to rest the shoulder.Got a shot and some anti-inflam's and layed off the heavy bench til this week.
Two new pr's to report.A 375 squat on Friday and a 430 deadlift tody.The bench went down a bit but I'll get back for sure.
