27 April 2007 Squat
I decided to try my Canvas suit tonight that I haven't tried on since I had Ginny alter it. I still think I like the Metal better.
Squat
55/10, 145/10, 235/5, 325/3, add belt 415/3, add suit and said goodbye to parralel as this was the last time I saw it tonight, 465/1, 505/1, 555/1, 595/1, 645/1, 685/1, 735/m Couldn't unrack it and was fried by this point. Training pretty much sucked ass! Did some abs and some band pull thrus and called it there.

Joey: I wish I could come to his meet if for no other reason than to support Travis and catch up with everyone. It conflicts with a prior commitment for the same day though. Our gym is putting on a strength demo that day in conjunction with the local community spring fling. All proceeds go to childrens cancer society. So it is a worthy cause. Ya'll drink a few and have a steak for me, will ya?

2 May 2007 Bench
Went RAW again this week due to a lack of spotters.
Bench 45/10, 45/5, 135/8, 185/5, 225/3, 275/1, 315/1 MILESTONE PR Yeeeeaaaaaaaaa!!!!!! It felt good to hit the 3 plate mark RAW! Dropped down and did 245/2x6. DB Skullcrushers 45/15, 50/10, 55/6 Upright Rows 95/12, 135/8, 6 Pec Dec (summer is here, what can I say) 120/3x12 Called it a night and celebrated the PR with half of a roast and some brown rice.
