Thanks Greg and Derek. If I keep eating like I have been lately it may be 198's. ;D A little extra GPP work today. 1/2 hour of scarping 1/2" of ice off the truck + 3 hours of shoveling and salting sidewalks at the plant. I think I would rather pull a sled or maybe ride a sled. I hate cold weather! This crap sucks!

Looking Strong Len. How do you drap the chains? Is it just several long lengths draped over your shoulders?

How do you drap the chains? Is it just several long lengths draped over your shoulders? That is exactly what it is Maxson. And a training partner keeping one hand on them to keep them from sliding off. We were kicking around an idea yesterday of how to make this better and were thinking of using a caribiner and tying them badolier style around the body. That way you didn't have to worry about them sliding around. I may give this a try and will let you know if it works.

Derek: Right now the goal is to hit as much weight as possible. Both on me and the bar. As it gets closer I am sure I will narrow this down some. Biggest goal is to A) Not bomb and B) to earn a spot for World's.
Stacey: I hate lunges too but that means they must be working a weakness.
Sorry I haven't posted in a few days. I had some traveling to do for work and then got sick while I was away. No gym where I was at so I took bands along and did band/BWt work in the room on Wednesday. Sick as a dog on Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Sunday 2/25/2007 ME Upper Floor Press worked up to 225 w/ 80lbs chain for 5 Skull Crushers w/Ez bar 75lbs w/ 60 lbs of chain 4x15 Wide grip pulldowns 150 lbs 4x12 Front DB shoulder raise 25 lbs 3x12 Side DB raise 20 lbs 3x10 Abs
