Thanks Joey and I agree.
3/26/2007 Squat
45/10, 135/8, 225/6, 315/5, add belt 365/3, add suit straps down 405/3, 495/3, 545/3 I decided to just use the Metal suit tonight with no briefs as I really like this suit but haven't been able to find a combination that I can work with. This worked well and I plan to stick with this until after the meet in May. Zercher squats 135/12, 185/12, 225/2x8 Wide leg press 2 plates/15, 4/15, 6/12, 8/10, 10/10 Lying one leg Hamstring curls 70/3x12 Abs

3/27/2006 Bench
We had 9 people show up to bench tonight so the atmosphere was rocking at Brickhouse! It was a lot of fun.
Bench 45/10, 135/10, 185/6, 225/3, 275/1, add shirt 355/1, 385/1, 415/1
That was it as there was a ton of spotting/loading and hand offs. I will add in some accesory stuff tonight.

Thanks Breaker. We had a nice turnout for squats last night as well. The new gym is really gaining popularity.
I just realized I didn't post my back workout from last week. So I will catch up here along with Saturdays BWt and last night's squats.
29 March 2007 Back Deadlift 135/8, 225/6, 315/5, 365/3, 405/3, 455/1 Close Grip pull downs 3x12 DB Row 3x10 Pull thrus 3x15 Abs
31 March 2007 BWt 187 I didn't really add anything this week probably due to all the added stress of closing on the new house. All that is left now is the move this weekend and I can get back on track. At least I didn't lose any.
2 April 2007 Squats Box Squat (1" high) 45/10, 135/10, 225/6, 315/3, add belt 405/1, Add Titan DQ briefs 465/1, 495/1, add metal Ace straps down 545/1, 585/1, 655/1 Walking lunges 115 x2 trips of 20 yards GHR purple band behind neck, 2x12, 1x8 Fried and out.

Good stuff Len....those walking lunges suck!.... Thanks and yes they do! That is probably why they work! It was obviously a good squat session as I thought I was going to puke as soon as it was over. I didn't puke then but had to pull over halfway home and puke on the side of the road. ;D Thank God the move is finally complete. I just have to go back and clean the old place this weekend. I did get a great weekend of "event" training and cardio. Here are the past weeks training. 3 April 2007 Bench Flat bench 45, 135, 185, 225, 275, add shirt 345/3, 365/3 Tri, shoulder, back work (can't remember everything I did but nothing too spectacular to report as this was a down week) 9 April 2007 Squat Box 1" high 45/8, 135/8, 225/8, 315/3, 365/3, 405/3, 455/3 (Belt only 365 up.) Leg press 305/12 x 3 Lying hammie curls 130 3x12 Calves 360 3x12 Decline band abs w/mini 3x12 BWt is at 185 due to a F'd up diet during the move. It is nice to not be homeless now and I should get my diet back on track starting today.

4/10/2007 Bench
45/10, 135/10, 185/6, 225/3, 275/1, add shirt 355/1, 375/1, 405/1
Close grip bench 135/3x12 (very explosive and fast) Plate raise 45/3x12 Seated cleans 40/3x10 Tri pushdowns with fat bar 90/3x12
We had a couple of new high school kids training with us tonight and Jeff didn't show so I ended up playing teacher for a good portion of the training. Scary thought, I know. Slowed down my training time some and it seemed like I was constantly rewarming a muscle. It is all good though as I like to see young people take an interest and watch them progress.
