Haven't posted in a while because my training was stagnent. No point in postin' anything other than bench/chest/tris cause I don't think anybody cares much about the rest. So heres the last three weeks worth of Heavy days. Week 1 Push Downs w/Rope 12,10,10,10 heavier each set Flat Bench 135 x 5 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 1 1/2 needed some help for 2 315 x 5 Flat D.bell flys 50 x 7 60 x 7 75 x 5 80 x 4 Single Arm tri Extension on cable w/reverse grip 10,10,12 Suspended Push Ups 12,10,10 **************************************************** WEEK 2 (2 Weeks Ago) Push Downs 15wu,10,10,10,8,10 Floor Presses in Power rack 135 x 10 185 x 8 235 x 5 275 x 5 325 x 5 365 x 5 Incline D.bell Flys 35 x 10 40 x 10 50 x 10 60 x 7 Single Arm Tri. Extension 10,10,10,10 Cable Cross over (I dont care how gay they are, I still use them about once a month for the middle of the pec) 12,10,10,8 V bar Push Downs 2 drop sets for blood volume / pump **************************************************** WEEK 3 (Tonight) Flat Bench 138 x 8wu 135 x 8wu 225 x 5 315 x 3 365 x 3 405 x 3 405 x 3 Push Downs 6,8,7,8 Decline Pec Dec 8,8,7,7 Incline D.bell Press 70 x 7 80 x 6 90 x 6 Lost last weeks but the high light would be a 425 x1 on flat bench . Tried 450 but it wasn't happenin'

Body Weight 204 with alot of clothes on. Felt like shit for last two days and really didn't get enough calories in. Still felt strong once I got warmed up enough.

a little tri work afterwards
Bodyweight was around 194-195
