It'd be gret to sit here and say I'm lifting in Clayton; but for now I just don't see it happening. No point going in to do less than I've done before. I'd rather take my time and go at least 625 when I'm able. We'll see when the time comes I guess. i hear ya man, i wanna see you back on the platform but not in any way that would jeopardise your health. you'll be back man i've got faith in that.

I completely understand this... not that I have official numbers but, for me, it'd be disappointing to put up numbers in a meet far less than what I'd done before. Very good plan... also to make sure you stay healthy. I'm taking my time too.

* NEW PR's w/shirt and 3 board. I know there ain't no 3 board competitions in the near future but I just wanted to hold the weight and feel it! No swelling in the arm but damn it hurts. I'll try to take a weight to chest in 2-3 weeks. Thanks to our new world champs for helping out the common folk tonight. All joking aside, it means alot having the Granite City guys there for moral support.

Didn't get as much done as I'd like but the gym was about to close. Went to PEAK FITNESS tonight for the first time.
Didn't make it to the gym but twice this week due to lack of time, (school was out al week) but I'll hit it like normal next week.

Went over 200 reps to get more blood in the shoulders. Nice tight pump w/minimal pain or soreness.
